The 1st and LeClaire Intersection reconstruction project will begin on Monday, May 16th, 2022.  For Phase 1, S 1st St from E Iowa Street, south past the High School softball field will close on Monday.  Please allow for extra travel and detour time. The South 1st and E Iowa St intersection will remain open during Phase 1. As we start this project now, we hope to have all of South 1st St finished before school starts in the fall.
